Spring detoxification

The spring is associated with a new beginning because the nature turns to life, the weather is worming, the sun is full of joy. This is the best season to start looking more on our body, not only because we are more optimistic, we take more care of us and the nature is supporting us offering her richness, but also because this is the moment to really prepare us for the summer.
Time planning
Firstly, we should be preoccupied by the planning. Every beginning needs a good plan. Make a list with the objectives that you want to accomplish this spring. It doesn’t matter if it’s about your beauty or your private life or your professional life.
Be careful to use positive terms and to fix a dead line. It will motivate you to respect the schedule. Read them all loud in the morning to help you act in the way to touch your objectives.
General Cleaning
Your house is not the only one that needs cleaning. Your body also needs it. The weight excess, the lack of energy, the tiredness, the colds, the headaches, the skin problems and other affections can go in the past if you would fallow a body detoxification.
You can eliminate the toxins from your organism by using natural medicine, consuming tea, vegetables and fruits. And another advice is to reduce the use of coffee because this rises the anxiety. Why don’t you try green tea?
Natural juices and their effects
The easiest juices you can make are:
1. lemon juice: very good for treating tiredness or in convalescence;
2. grapefruit juice: for tiredness, anorexia, vascular fragility;
3. orange juice: for convalescence;
4. apple juice: for asthenia, anemia, rheumatic illnesses, constipation;

8. cucumber juice: rheumatic illnesses; for external use, it has a good action among wrinkles;
9. carrot juice: it is very good for skin intoxications, precocious ageing, ulcer;
10. spinach juice: tiredness, convalescence;
11. red beet juice: anemia, demineralization;
12. tomato juice: asthenia, anorexia, tiredness, intoxications, rheumatic illnesses.
Vitamin yourself
Vitamins mustn’t be missing from your beauty and health kit. A and E vitamin are indispensable for beauty. You can use them as alimentary supplement, but also in hear masks, face masks, body masks.
C Vitamin is also vitamin that shouldn’t miss from your alimentation because is extremely useful for beauty, but also for cerebral vases. For nervous cellular, B1, B2, B6, and B12 vitamins are necessary.
Must-have
There are some elements that shouldn’t miss from your beauty kit and those elements are: honey and olive oil.
The honey is rich in simple sugars, easy from the body to assimilate. This is the reason for witch it is recommended to replace sugar with honey. Honey is rich in vitamins (C, D, E, B) and minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus), this is why it is ideal for internal and external use.
The olive oil contains the same oils that we have in our skin. That is why it is very good for beauty treatments. It is recommended to consume a spoon of this oil in the morning before eating anything because is like a gastric bandage.
Outdoors
The temperatures are rising so there is no reason not to go for a walk. A 20 minute walk in the park in the sun is good for both the mind and the body.
If you don’t like strict exercising, do not give up because you say you don’t have time. We must always find time for us. A good alternative for exercises is dancing. And I am not speaking about professional dancing. Put on your favorite music and dance as you like and feel. You will feel with energy, you will work your muscles and you will get relaxed by your favorite music. And don’t forget to wide open your windows to let the sun come in.
