Hydration Lesson Part II

The body
In the first part we discus about taking care of our face. In this part we will discus about the body care because we all know how important is to have a beautiful , soft skin and body.
The healthy skin has a protector shallow layer that is called “stratum corneum” and it is a natural barrier formed from lipid. When the temperature or the humidity of the air lowers, this natural barrier is affected, the skin sears and it becomes more to wounds and irritations.
How do we fight that? You should use a delicate shower gel for hydration and softness. You should also use a scrub because every 24 hours the skin covers with a dead cells layer, but be careful not to use one that can hurt your skin. You could try one that contains Shea butter that softness the skin and salt that exfoliates the skin. Then you should spoil your skin with a creamy body lotion. It would be good if this lotion would contain lipids, Shea butter or cinnamon butter and Vitamin E.
You should take care of your hands too. Try to keep the clean and hydrated. The continuous exposal of the hands to the aggressive environment’s factors and even the washing causes the loss of lipids that maintain the natural protective barrier of the skin. The results are: rough and chapped hands. To reduce all this effects you could use an intensive regenerator mask that contain Biopearl complex that is a cocktail of active substances from pearls that live in sweat water or that contains natural minerals. Than you should put the gloves that usually come with this kind of mask, keep them in your hands for a few minutes and your hands will be softer. Don’t b avaricious with the hand and feet cream! Use them as often as possible and then for an intensive treatment put on some cotton socks.
I also have a bad news if you like hot bathes. Hot bathes are very bad for hydration. Actually they dehydrate your skin even more. So be careful and use warm water, not hot one.
If you follow this basic rules, you shouldn’t have any problem.
