One of the youngest actresses that earn her place in Hollywood, Scarlett Johansson began singing. The album “Anywhere I Lay My Head” will be launched on 20th of May. The single “Falling Down” that is a cover of Tom Waits song that she plays with David Bowie was launched on the 29th of April on the net.
Scarlett Johansson worked with Woody Allen for the movies “Match Point” and “Scoop”. She was noticed in “Lost in Translation” which is the producing debut of Sofia Coppola and everyone prefigures a spectacular future in cinema.
But the 23 years old actress doesn’t want to limit herself waiting for roles to come dropping from the sky and she planed a foray in the music world. And we are not talking about her role in Justin Timberlake’s video “What Goes Around Comes Around”, but about her own project. Scarlett started to work at an album about Tom Waits covers, but she wasn’t too proud about that.
So she co-opted David Sitek (member of the band “TV on the Radio”) to give her a hand.
