Hydration Lesson Part III

The hair
In the other articles, I wrote about face and body, but the hair should not be forgotten. The hydration of the hair is essential for a beautiful hair.
The cold also affects the hair by reducing the sebum quantity that is produced by the sebaceous glands. The dry hair becomes even drier and the hair deteriorates easier so you must take good care of it.
You don’t know how to choose your shampoo? You should choose a shampoo that suits your hair and that contains at least one of the following components: Anti-Zinc that will act from the first use, natural ingredients like rice proteins that is good for deteriorate hair or marine ingredients. If you usually use styling products for you hair, then you should also use nourishing treatment twice a month to hydrate your hair.
Use leave-in balsam! Before you dry your hair, you must use a leave-in balsam that doesn’t need rinsing. If you have dry hair or varnished hair, the solution is to use a nourishing mask once a week that must be left in for 15 minutes and then it must be washed away. For better results you could cover your hair with a towel.
