The immunity system is the guardian of your health. If something it is wrong with it, it starts fixing. That is why you need to take good care of it. How? You can do that by laughing a lot, eating good and quit smoking.
I will describe 5 aliments that should not miss from your diet.
The Paprika
It “burns” your throat, but it also “burns” the bacteria that are in its way. The most important bacteria that it “burns” away are Staphylococcus aureus. This one is the main responsible for bronchitis. Paprika also helps you expectorate easier when you have a dry coughing.
The Garlic

Yogurt
It is famous for its ability to regenerate the intestinal bacterium and its ferments help your organism to fight against infections. The best type is the simple one without fruits (you can put some in, if you want) or colorants.
